Three young men, residents of Yafo, banged on the doors and entered the rooms of one of the city hotels where civilian evacuees from the war in Gaza and Hezbollah are residing.
The suspects entered the hotel after getting the entry code and entering the offices to search the drawers. Then they went up to the room floors and tried to enter the hotel rooms. One of the families’ young daughters was present in one of the rooms and screamed as they entered, leading to the youth leaving the building.
Police officers of the Yafo station immediately arrived on the scene, launched extensive sweeps and collected evidence, and managed to identify the suspects and quickly arrest them. The suspects, aged 19, 12, and 24, were taken for questioning at Yafo station. The suspects were brought before the court and released in restricted circumstances.
