The Shin Bet stated that tonight (Tuesday), the arrests of terrorists were being overturned due to the plight of incarceration in the prisons.

Shin Bet officials warned, "Even tonight, terrorists conviction will be overturned in light of the failure to deal with the plight of incarceration. This is a danger to the security of the country."

The Shin Bet's message is clear: As long as the plight of incarceration continues, another wave of terrorist releases will begin soon.
