Conservative commentator Candace Owens has once again ignited controversy with recent remarks that many are calling antisemitic. In a widely circulated video, Owens, formerly a prominent voice in black conservative circles, made several inflammatory statements about Israel and the Jewish community.

Owens suggested that critics of Israel fear for their lives, claiming it's "not normal" that people need to consider their security when discussing the country. She went further, alleging Jewish involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and stating that Israel has "taken over" the United States.

These comments mark the latest in a series of controversial statements from Owens. Over the past year, she has faced increasing criticism for spreading what many consider anti-Israel and antisemitic rhetoric. Her former employer, The Daily Wire, parted ways with her after she made unsubstantiated claims about "secret Jewish gangs" in Hollywood and endorsed other antisemitic conspiracy theories.

Owens' statements have drawn sharp rebuke from various quarters. Australian-Israeli journalist Avi Yemini countered her claims, pointing out the lack of evidence for her assertions about threats to Israel's critics.
