Heartbreak at Ichilov in Tel Aviv: Newborn passes away hours after birth

A tragedy occurred this morning (Tuesday) at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, where a baby girl died a few hours after birth. According to the hospital's update: "A baby born at night on time deteriorated rapidly, a few hours after birth."

The hospital claims that "despite intensive and rapid treatment of the newborn and despite resuscitation efforts, the doctors were forced to pronounce her dead."

The hospital is currently investigating the circumstances of the case and has reported it to the Ministry of Health.
