Kandice Ardiel, Deputy Spokesperson for the UNIFIL peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, told US-owned Arabic network al-Hurra that matters have calmed down along the border since the IDF preemptive strike on Sunday against a planned Hezbollah attack, according to Naharnet.
She further said that she is reassured that the war will end soon, although Hezbollah continues to launch projectiles and drones across the border while the IDF continues to target Hezbollah terrorists and infrastructure.
