Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah delivered a speech today (Thursday) addressing the pager and communication device explosion attacks in Lebanon yesterday and the day before, in which dozens of Lebanese terrorist organization operatives were killed and thousands were injured. Usually, we are accustomed to calculated and engineered speeches from the terrorist leader, full of threats, intimidation, and even promises of future activities. This time, Nasrallah's speech reveals the true and dire state of the terrorist organization.
Of course, one should not underestimate any of his threats, and indifference towards the enemy is what led, among other things, to the murderous attack of October 7th. However, the way he spoke revealed his true state and the severe effects of the attacks on him and his organization.
Israel's phenomenal operation came at a precise timing, and the psychological impact effect is no less important than thousands of injured terrorists and dozens dead, but here too, Israel can leverage this or cling only to it.
Nasrallah said in his speech that "Israel attacked thousands of our pagers on Tuesday. It crossed all red lines." Well, Israel should teach him that not all red lines have been crossed yet and that it will pull more rabbits out of its hat. We should remember that Hezbollah attacked us on the morning of the eighth to the tenth without any provocation. Nasrallah even said it himself and emphasized that the reason for the attack against Israel was solidarity with Hamas - Israel did not plan to deal with the northern border at all and was reluctantly dragged into it.
Nasrallah did threaten and said that the attack should be seen as a declaration of war, but unlike previous times, he did not go overboard with threats and mainly referred to the organization's loss. We can only hope that the senior military and political command is listening carefully to his words and at these moments is planning another attack against the murderous organization.
