Over the past few hours (Tuesday), the IDF has appealed to the residents of the Gaza Strip through a variety of ways with the aim of securing good, beneficial information about the captives still held there, promising security and rewards, according to the IDF Spokesperson.

One of the ways the IDF has contacted the Gazan residents was with notes like the one below dropped into the strip, promising financial reward and personal safety for anyone providing correct information about the captives.
