Rabbi Kogan's car found - his whereabouts remain unknown

Rabbi Kogan's vehicle was found about an hour and a half from the UAE capital city of Dubai.

Rabbi Tzvi Kogan. (Use according to Section 27a.)

The vehicle of Rabbi Tzvi Kogan, a Chabad shaliach operating in the UAE who has been missing since the middle of the week, was found about an hour and a half's distance from the capital city of Dubai, according to Ynet.

Israeli security sources believe that Kogan was either murdered or kidnapped by a group of Uzbeks under the direction of Iran. The group is suspected to have since fled to Turkey.

Kann 11 reporter Roi Kais does not believe Iran will ever admit complicity in this alleged act so as not to harm relations with the UAE and other Gulf states.

According to i24 News, Israel's efforts to get local police and security forces involved in the search for Rabbi Kogan were rejected or ignored, a fact causing much consternation in Israel.
