Earlier in the day, the IDF spokesman confirmed that a military compound and three military infrastructures belonging to Hezbollah were struck in the Baalbak region of eastern Lebanon in response to the downing of an Israeli drone.

The IDF spokesman added that fighter jets attacked a terrorist infrastructure and a Hezbollah military structure in the areas of Ayta ash-Sha'ab and al-Adaisa in southern Lebanon yesterday, and an artillery attack was also carried out in the Yaatar area in the south of the country.
