Despite the arrival of the American mediator to the region to try to create calm in the region at the last moment, Hezbollah continues to up the ante of attacks and the IDF continues to retaliate.

A heavy salvo was launched in the past few hours (Sunday) towards the Kiryat Shmonah area from south Lebanon, according to the IDF Spokesperson.

The IDF announced that it began with an artillery response towards the launch areas, followed by precise air strikes in southern Lebanon. According to the IDF Spokesperson, planes attacked a launch position with terrorists nearby, as well as Hezbollah observation positions in the areas of Blida and Meiss Ej Jabal in southern Lebanon.
