The Ministry of the Interior announces that swimming at the beaches of Nof HaYam, Zvulun, and Kochavim in Herzliya is prohibited, due to abnormal findings in the sea water testing conducted by the Ministry of Health officials at these beaches.

Last month, we reported on similar cases when swimming was prohibited at the "Sela Tzafon" beach in Bat Yam due to abnormal bacterial findings in sea water quality tests. After two days, the danger was removed, and it was allowed to swim again at the beach in Bat Yam.

Another piece of information published by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environmental Protection reported abnormal results in water sampling to assess pollution levels in rivers in the north. They updated that entry to these rivers, including the Snir and El Al rivers, may be dangerous.
