The company will start operating flights from Haifa to Eilat on October 13 and to Cyprus on October 14 | Starting this coming Monday (9/30/24) until Kippur Eve (10/11/24), the company will operate daily flights from Tel Aviv to Eilat Ramon and back at an introductory price of 99 NIS each way. Air Haifa, the new Israeli airline, announces today (Thursday) the receipt of the operational operating license from the Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety and the start of official ticket sales on the company's website.

In order to obtain the license, all the required processes have been completed and the company is now prepared to operate commercial flights immediately.

The start of the company's activities at this time, despite the security situation, allows the company to serve the Israeli public right now, just before and during the Tishrei holidays, at a time when flight prices are high and many foreign airlines are canceling flights to and from Israel.

Starting this coming Monday (9/30/24) until the eve of Yom Kippur (10/11/24), Air Haifa will operate two daily flights from Tel Aviv to Eilat at an introductory price of 99 NIS each way.

The company's flights from Haifa Airport to Eilat and Cyprus will begin after Yom Kippur, subject to the security situation and the approval of the relevant authorities, with the first flight from Haifa Airport to Eilat expected to take off on Sunday, October 13, and on Monday, October 14, the first flight from Haifa to Cyprus is expected to take off.

Depending on the developments in the security situation, it is possible that the company's activities will be directed to Israel. The starting price for the company's flights from Haifa to Eilat is 139 NIS (one way) and to Cyprus 64 dollars (one way). Any purchase of an Air Haifa flight ticket can be canceled (against receiving credit for a future purchase) or change the date of the flight on the company's website up to 24 hours before departure. The company's flight tickets include a small bag that can be stored under the seat and the option to add additional products for a fee such as a trolley, a suitcase and a seat, according to the different needs of the passengers.

With the start of operations, Air Haifa's aircraft fleet will include two ATR 72-600 aircraft with 72 seats, with additional aircraft expected to join the fleet in the coming months, according to bchol reports.
