Following Bar-David's announcement of a nationwide general strike tomorrow, several authorities have stated that they will operate as usual. Yossi Dagan, Head of the Samaria Regional Council, declared: "We will not participate in the Histadrut's political strike."

The local council of Katzrin also announced that it will not strike tomorrow "to maintain educational continuity for our children in kindergartens and other frameworks." The statement indicated that the council will continue to provide services to its residents. "Residents of the North live in a complex and different reality, and need these services especially now, as Katzrin and its residents face a high level of resilience in the ongoing war, and Katzrin is de facto on the front line," it was stated.

The Merom Galil Regional Council said: "Our hearts are with the hostages and their families – but we will not participate in the general strike."

Ozal Vatik, Head of the Kedumim Local Council, stated: "We are in challenging days for the people of Israel and a difficult period in Judea and Samaria. Kedumim will not participate in the Histadrut strike, and classes will proceed as usual tomorrow." The Efrat Local Council announced: "Dear residents, a general strike was announced by the Histadrut Chairman a short while ago. We believe this is not the right time for such a strike and announce that we will not participate."

Guy Yifrach, Mayor of Ma'ale Adumim, said: "The Ma'ale Adumim Municipality will not join the strike declared by Arnon Bar-David! I am currently in touch with various organizations to try to keep all educational institutions open as usual. I will update soon. It is inappropriate to involve labor organizations and public bodies in political matters."

Additionally, the Ariel, Jerusalem, Benjamin, and Gush Etzion municipalities announced that they would not participate in the strike.

The Safed Municipality also announced it would not take part in the general strike declared by the Histadrut.

The Sha'ar Shomron Local Council sent a message to its residents: "We would like to inform you that we will not be participating in the Histadrut's anticipated strike tomorrow."

Bnei Brak Municipality will not be on strike tomorrow. Additionally, Harish Mayor Yitzhak Keshet and Migdal HaEmek Mayor Yaki Ben-Haim announced that they would not participate in the strike.
