The IDF spokesman confirmed this morning (Sunday) that during the night a series of warplanes attacked Hezbollah terrorist targets throughout Lebanon.
The targets were attacked simultaneously in seven areas, deep in Lebanon and in the south of the country.
This announcement by the IDF spokesman comes after it was reported overnight in Arab media channels that IDF warplanes launched a raid on the area between the towns of Taraya and Shemster, the "Al-Jalili Plain", which are west of Baalbek in deep Lebanon, Hezbollah's strategic rear.
The IDF spokesman informed that among the targets attacked in the deep and southern Lebanon were ammunition depots and terrorist infrastructure in the areas of Shabriha, Burja a-Shamali, Baka, Kfar Kila, Rab a-Taltin, al-Khyam and Tir Harfa.
This attack comes after the massacre carried out yesterday by the Hezbollah in Majdal Shams, after a rocket launched fell on a football field and resulted in the death of 12 children between the ages of 10 and 20.
