Ra'am, the sole Arab party to have served in a governing coalition under the previous government, issued a statement today (Thursday) saying that Israel was guilty of committing war crimes in Gaza.

Per the statement, "from the first day we called for an immediate end to the war and the arrival at a peaceful solution which will lead to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state alongside the State of Israel, and warned that wars cannot bring any solution.

"The killing of innocent people anywhere in the world and of any religion is considered an unforgivable crime.

"What is happening in the Gaza Strip, including the starvation of children and women, and cutting off humanitarian aid for them, in addition to the bombing of hospitals and mosques, amount to war crimes which should be punished based on international law, and they are also crimes against humanity which the true religion encourages a humane approach and mercy."

"This is the position of the Islamist movement and Ra'am, and anything else does not represent our official bodies and institutions."

This dimwit isn't smart enough to know that war IS a crime. Ask him who started this one.
