Irish media reported yesterday (Saturday), that a day after the pogrom in Amsterdam in which dozens of Israelis were injured, a young Jewish man in Dublin who was in a nightclub with a Star of David necklace was violently attacked, on his way to the bathroom, by three men who brutally beat him.
The young man, who had been punched many times in the back and neck, woke up the next day with a headache and was taken to the hospital. Since the attack, he has been suffering from persistent headaches, difficulty with balance and sensitivity to light.
According to the medical report, he suffers from a concussion, but declares that he will remain in the country and will not leave. According to him, while recounting the details of the incident to the security forces, another person, who was not a witness to the incident, interrupted him and said: "The Jews in Amsterdam – they got what they deserve."
