Not over yet: IDF says Hezbollah launched 65 rockets in the last hour

While the IDF has been seriously degrading Hezbollah's rocket and missile array, the terrorist organization retains a significant and dangerous arsenal.

The IDF announced a short time ago today (Tuesday) that some 65 rockets were fired on Israel in the last hour. No casualties were reported by Magen David Adom or other rescue services.

The IDF launched a targeted strike in Beirut today against the head of Hezbollah's missile array, according to Kann 11 News reporter Roi Kais. Reuters reports that at least one person was killed in the strike, though it is not clear if the target himself was killed.

UPDATE: The number of dead has now been increased to two.

In the last 24 hours, the Air Force has launched hundreds of attack sorties with the aim of removing the threat presented by the Hezbollah terrorist organization, dropping close to 2,000 munitions at 1,500 terrorist infrastructures in southern Lebanon and beyond.

Strikes continue to be launched as of this writing.
