The 65th day of the war. From the beginning of the fighting, artillery men and women operated from the border of the Gaza Strip and assisted the maneuvering forces while using fire to assist the maneuver and the rescues. In recent days, the fighters of the 282nd Fire Brigade crossed the border and operated inside the strip.

The operation in the depths of the Gaza Strip is in cooperation with the brigade combat team of the 188th Brigade in the Shejaiya neighborhood in the Gaza Strip. During the operation, over 20 terrorist targets were attacked, including munitions warehouses, trapped houses, and military infrastructures of the terrorist organization Hamas.

At the same time, in the last few days, photos of dozens of terrorists surrendering to the IDF began to be published, and these show a change in the direction of the Palestinians, who went from fleeing to surrender. We will recall that the IDF allowed an escape route from Gaza in the last month, however, with the beginning of the attack on Jabalya and Shejaiya The crossing was closed and thousands of Palestinians who decided not to flee got stuck, and now they are surrendering.
