After condemnations against its attack on Israel last night, the Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the ambassadors of Great Britain, France and Germany for a conversation today (Sunday). According to them, the step was taken following what Tehran calls the "irresponsible position" taken by the countries against the Islamic Republic.

Earlier, European and American heads of state strongly condemned the Iranian attack. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak blasted the regime for its "reckless attack against Israel." "Tehran has proven once again that it intends to sow chaos in its own backyard," he was quoted as saying.

According to him: "Britain will continue to stand up for the security of Israel and all our regional partners, including Jordan and Iraq. Alongside our allies, we are working urgently to stabilize the situation and prevent further attacks. No one wants to see more bloodshed."

German Chancellor Olaf Schulz also said that "The attack on Israeli territory that Iran launched tonight is unjustifiable and highly irresponsible. Iran risks a further escalation in the region. Germany stands by Israel and we will discuss the situation with our allies."

French President Emmanuel Macron tweeted on his X account: "I condemn in the strongest terms the unprecedented attack launched by Iran against Israel, which threatens to destabilize the region. I express my solidarity with the Israeli people and France's commitment to the security of Israel, our partners, and regional stability. France is working on de-escalation with its partners and calls for restraint."
