In response to the dismissal of Defense Minister Gallant by Prime Minister Netanyahu, dozens of protesters are currently blocking the Ayalon highways in both directions, with bonfires set on the road.

Protesters who took to the streets in response to the dismissal of Defense Minister Yoav Galant began blocking roads around the Kirya, and the Ayalon lanes were blocked in both directions.

Police response to the protests:

Central District police officers are currently addressing disturbances at several locations on Highway 4 and are emphasizing to the public of protesters and road users to act responsibly and in accordance with the law.

As part of the disturbances, the following intersections were blocked to traffic for periods of time: the Anchor Junction, the Bnei Dror Junction, the Pardesiyya Junction, and the Ra'anana Junction.
