"I'm pleased with the elimination. It's not just me; all the residents of Tiberias share this sentiment," Nava stated. "We support the IDF, the pilots, the soldiers, and the decision-makers. The actions taken by security authorities against Hezbollah over the past two weeks have made us feel more secure."

When asked how he can feel safer given that the city is now on the front line, Nava explained, "We knew we would be within missile range. However, we believe that once we engage with the framework of UN Resolution 1701, or if the IDF intervenes, the entire northern region will experience greater security. We’ve been waiting for this safety for a full year." He added that regarding the potential deployment of ground forces in Lebanon, "There’s no alternative; Hezbollah has significantly enhanced its missile capabilities over the last 18 years, and we need to ensure our safety."

Regarding the city's current situation, he mentioned, "Schools in Tiberias are closed today. The residents are vigilant and remain close to safe areas, trying to maintain an emergency routine."

In conclusion, Nava noted, "Since the beginning of the conflict, Tiberias has welcomed around 8,000 residents from northern towns like Kiryat Shmona, Metulla, and Shlomi. Once we feel secure and they can return to their homes, we can say this war is over."
