Netanyahu is being congratulated in Israel by multiple prominent Israeli political members following a successful speech to US Congress for his fourth time.
In Israel, they are reacting to the Prime Minister's speech tonight in the American Congress: "Testimony to the strength of the alliance between the United States and Israel."
A statement issued by the country's President Yitzhak Herzog read: "I welcome Prime Minister Netanyahu's important speech before a joint session of the American Congress. The immediate and urgent return of the abductees must be at the heart of the world agenda," he noted.
According to him: The same is true of the global threat from the Iranian evil and terrorist empire, which is important to emphasize again to the elected representatives of our great and important ally. We must stand together against the terrorism that is led from Tehran and threatens the Middle East and the entire world."
Finance Minister and cabinet member Bezalel Smotritz wrote: "The Jewish and Israeli hearts of all of us are moved and filled with pride by the high status of the Prime Minister who represents us with genius and faith, with sharp and clear words, and by the warm welcome that reflects a deep and wonderful partnership between the State of Israel and the United States of America. Long live Israel! Go to victory!"
Foreign Minister Israel Katz: "The moving and important speech of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and the enormous sympathy of the members of Congress are evidence of the strength of the alliance between the US and Israel. The words of the Prime Minister, when the abductees and their families are there in the hall, represent every Israeli who wants to live in security and believes in justice Israel is in our war of existence. We are here, we will fight and we will win with Israel."
