70 Year-old killed by light rail in Jerusalem 

A 70-year-old pedestrian died after being hit by the light rail in Jerusalem, near Moshe Dayan Boulevard, as reported by Magen David Adom on Thursday.

A 70-year-old woman was fatally struck by a Jerusalem light rail on Moshe Dayan Avenue. Upon arrival, MDA teams discovered her trapped under the train, unconscious, and with severe multisystem trauma.

Israel national news reported that despite efforts to assess her condition, the injuries proved critical, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

MDA EMT Shmuel Orlov described the incident, stating they found the victim under the train, unconscious, and suffering from severe multisystem trauma, leading to the unfortunate decision to declare her deceased at the scene.
