"We are Responsible"
The Knesset approved on second and third readings the bill for the recognition and compensation for the families of the abducted and missing persons. Coalition chairman Ofir Katz told the families of the abducted individuals, "We apologize for the situation you have come to, we are responsible for this situation."
The Incapacity Law
The initiator of the Incapacity Law, MK Ofir Katz, commented on the interpretation that arose around the applicability of the law: "There was no shadow of a doubt that we are legislating an order that will apply immediately."
