Google has finalized a $300 million landmark deal to lease approximately 60,000 square meters in Tel Aviv's ToHa2 Tower, slated to be completed in 2027. Google's expansion from the Electra Tower will involve relocating 2,000 employees, creating the largest office rental deal in Israel’s history, both in terms of space and rental value, according to Calcalist.

ToHa2 tower construction is on track, with approximately 40% of the skeleton work finished. Google's rental plans and price indicate expansion, initially reported as 55,000 square meters at NIS 105 million annually.

Approximately 20,000 people will work in the two towers (1 and 2). Due to their proximity to public transportation hubs, including the light and heavy rail, and two nearby metro stations, the number of parking spaces will be limited to about 1,500 in line with planning policies.
