IDF releases all stats on dead and wounded since October 7 and the war in Gaza

150 days into the war, the IDF has released all current information on the number of dead and wounded, including from friendly fire and accidents.

150 days into the war in Gaza.

The IDF has published the data on its total killed and wounded from the start of the war until today (Sunday). IDF fallen whose names have been released for publication since the October 7 massacre is 585. The number of the fallen since the beginning of the ground maneuver into Gaza on October 27 is 245.

The number of IDF fallen in operational accidents breaks down as follows: two-sided shooting (“friendly fire”) – 19, unauthorized shooting – 3, accidents (weapons, vehicular accidents) – 15. Total – 37 fallen.

Of those soldiers who are currently hospitalized, 37 are in serious condition, 191 in moderate condition, and 88 are lightly injured. Total – 316 hospitalized.

Of the soldiers wounded since the start of the war: 475 are seriously wounded, 800 are moderately wounded, 1,755 are lightly wounded. Total – 3,030 wounded.

Of the soldiers wounded since the start of the ground maneuver into Gaza: 303 are seriously wounded, 482 are moderately wounded, 668 are lightly wounded. Total – 1,453 wounded.

Wounded from operational accidents in the Gaza Strip: accidents (general) – 391, unauthorized shooting – 24, two-way shooting – 54, vehicular accidents – 31, other (work accidents, falls, injuries) – 45. Total – 545 wounded.

The number of wounded does not include those routinely evacuated not during an operational event, those who weren’t hospitalized when sent to the ER, or those who were diagnosed as less than lightly wounded.
