The German Bild published an exclusive first look at a Hamas document containing the guiding strategy of the terrorist organization in conducting negotiations with Israel via mediators. The document, drawn up in 2024, was found on a computer seized by the IDF, according to Israel Hayom.

The computer in question is believed to be that of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. The document's content, made public for the first time, shows how the terrorist organization is cheating the international community and torturing the families of hostages in Israel in an effort to manipulate them into unknowingly aiding the rebuilding of Hamas military capabilities and the securing of their continued rule of the Gaza Strip.

The document includes an admission that Hamas' military capabilities have been harmed but still - Hamas should not rush to make a deal and should wok to drag things out to get better conditions.

As we already know, Sinwar instructs his soldiers to continue to engage in psychological terrorism towards the families of hostages. "We must continue to apply psychological pressure on the families of the prisoners (term for Israeli hostages), both now and during the first stage (of a hostage release and ceasefire), so that the public pressure on the enemy government will increase," it says.

Under his direction, multiple videos of hostages have been released where they criticize the Israeli government and beg to be released at any cost, effectively realizing Sinwar's strategy as laid out in the document.
