An expansion of the emergency government? Srugim has learned that National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir appealed to the Prime Minister’s circle expressing his support for the entry of Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Liberman into the limited war cabinet.

According to the minister, “I and Liberman have many disagreements between us, but I support his introduction as a member into the limited cabinet – both because of the importance of unity at this time among the People of Israel, and also because of the importance of representation in the limited cabinet of those who were not captive to preconceptions, and called at all times for the elimination of Hamas.”
