The leader of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, Knesset member Avigdor Lieberman, announced that he is willing to join a national emergency government without any conditions.

On his Twitter account, Lieberman wrote, "Israel must win. If the Prime Minister, Defense Minister, and Chief of Staff stand before the cameras and inform the people of Israel that the government has decided to eliminate the terrorist organization Hamas and all its leaders and will settle for nothing less, I will join a national emergency government without any conditions.

"I understand that we have other challenges in the north with Hezbollah, hostages inside the Gaza Strip, the international community, and many other issues. We will know how to deal with everything simultaneously. But the order of priorities must be clear above all else: the elimination of Hamas and its leaders. All attempts to delay, form another committee, hold more discussions - these are pre-known scenarios. I have been there already.

"Therefore, I reiterate and emphasize, only an unequivocal commitment, without 'buts,' without 'howevers,' without ambiguities. Only this truly signifies a genuine emergency government. Only in this way will we restore security to the residents of the south and the rest of the citizens of the country and bring back the captives and the missing."
