After Channel 14 set up a Sukkah studio from which the channel's programs are broadcast during the holiday last Shabbat, this evening protesters came to the studio and disrupted the broadcast of 'The Patriots' program.

"After a handful of violent people prevented a prayer on Yom Kippur in Tel Aviv, now the silencers are protesting to prevent the broadcast of Sukkah. We are sorry that the legal advisor of the Israel Police chose to allow this," Channel 14 reported.

The channel said that "short minutes after the broadcast of the program 'The Patriots' began, the protesters began to make noise with shouts, cheers and whistles to such an extent that it was impossible to continue the broadcast and presenter Yinon Magal and the other panel members had to go to commercials and switch to broadcasting from the studio."

"Channel Now 14 will not shy away and will continue to bring the best and happiest television in Israel every day," it said.
