Among the recordings, Regev's voice can be heard demanding that the driver continue driving despite the security guards' insistence on stopping the vehicle. As part of the unit's investigation, testimonies from those present at the scene were also collected.

Despite this, in practice, the driver, as an unidentified individual, forcibly breached a security checkpoint where a secured minister was located, and the security guard acted with restraint while exerting minimal force.
