According to reports in the Indian media, the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) arrested two suspects a few days ago. They are suspected of planning a terrorist attack, and in their possession, explosives and a drone were found. Additionally, they had pictures of the Chabad House in Mumbai, which had previously been the target of a deadly terror attack.

Following the arrest of the two suspects, the Indian police have intensified security around the Chabad House in the city. The two suspects are currently under investigation, and authorities are examining the possibility that they may be affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran, which operates to target Israelis worldwide.

Chabad emissary in the city, Rabbi Israel Kozlovsky, stated that indeed the security has been increased in recent days. We are not familiar with the details regarding what was found or not. Throughout the year, we are always vigilant about security. Occasionally, they adjust the local security based on their alerts, but I don't know many specifics.

As a reminder, in 2008, terrorists carried out a horrifying attack at the Chabad House in the location, murdering the emissary couple, Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife Rivka, along with four other Jews.
