Ahead of the expected official visit of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to China, President Xi Jinping sent him his book with his signature. The gift was delivered today (Wednesday) to the Prime Minister's office by China's ambassador to Israel, Cai Run.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister's office, the ambassador conveyed to Netanyahu that "President Xi said he read with interest and appreciated the things written by the Prime Minister in his book about Israel-China relations." The ambassador also mentioned that Xi is looking forward to a meeting with Netanyahu, which will take place later this year in Beijing.
