Iranian Parliamentary Speaker comments on timing of retaliation

Iran's Parliamentary Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said that Iran should strike back at the "right time and place."

Iran's Parliamentary Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf commented on the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh at his funeral today (Thursday), saying that Iran considers it a duty to respond to the "Israeli crime" in the right time and place, according to Iran's state news outlet IRNA.

Ynet reports that Prime Minister Netanyahu will provide a security update this afternoon to Opposition Leader Yair Lapid at the Kiryah in Tel Aviv regarding the possible Iranian threats to Israel following the assassinations in Beirut and Iran.

Iran and the leaders of its proxy forces throughout the Middle East are reportedly holding a meeting in the country to discuss retaliation for the assassination of Hezbollah leader Fuad Shukr and Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Factories close to the border have been ordered to reduce the amount of hazardous chemicals they use by IDF Rear Command in preparation for an expected projectile barrage from Lebanon.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah is expected to give a speech outlining the organization's response to the assassination of one of its major leaders.
