Update: Biden to meet Netanyahu on Thursday - after speech to Congress

The meeting was originally planned for Tuesday but got delayed due to the President being sick with covid.

President Joe Biden is set to meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu on Thursday, after a planned speech to Congress the day before, according to a White House official speaking to the Washington Post.

Vice President Kamala Harris will meet with Netanyahu afterwards, either on Thursday or Friday, though she will not be present during the Prime Minister's speech.

The meeting between the two leaders was originally scheduled for today (Tuesday), but was delayed due to the President being diagnosed with covid.

Netanyahu is expected to raise the matter of Iran's reported acceleration of its nuclear weapons program and the threat that it poses at the meeting, according to Zman Israel.
