His protest: Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, wore a yellow star badge during the emergency Security Council meeting, with the words "NEVER AGAIN," (Monday night).

During the emergency Security Council debate on the topic of the Gaza conflict and the humanitarian situation in the region, at the request of the United Arab Emirates, Ambassador Erdan strongly criticized the shocking silence of the Council in the face of the heinous actions carried out by Hamas against the southern residents. He also accused the United Nations of fueling anti-Semitism, stating, "In the face of the UN's silence, our enemies are emboldened. Anti-Semites around the world hold their heads high."

The ambassador further added, "They have seen that this Council doesn't even condemn the Nazi murderers. They saw the UN General Assembly cheering efforts to prevent us from defending ourselves. They heard the UN Secretary-General expressing 'understanding' for the Nazi massacre."

According to his statement, "This is the reason we are witnessing the most extreme rise in anti-Semitism today since the Nuremberg Laws. The anti-Semites have gained power. Now they know that the slaughter of Jews is once again met with silence in the world."

Erdan: NEVER AGAIN, is now!

As an act of protest, Erdan put on a yellow star badge with the inscription in English "NEVER AGAIN". He stated, "I will make sure you remember the shame of your silence every time you look at me. I will wear the yellow badge until we defeat the Nazi Hamas and until the Security Council stops remaining silent and condemns the 7.10 massacre," the ambassador emphasized before those present.

The ambassador continued in his speech, "We carry the yellow badge as a symbol of strength and determination to fight until victory. The State of Israel is strong; we will not stop until we crush Hamas and bring back the captives."

Erdan mentioned the world's silence during the Holocaust and recounted the tragedy that befell his family. "When my grandfather and his children were sent to Auschwitz, the world remained silent. When his wife and their seven children were sent to the gas chambers, the world remained silent. When their bodies were burned alongside millions of Jewish infants, the world remained silent."

The ambassador returned and mentioned the silence of the UN representatives in the face of the current horrors. "Today, after Jewish infants were once again burned alive, the Security Council remains silent. Some of you haven't learned anything in the past eighty years! Some of you have forgotten why the UN was founded. So, I will remind you. From today onwards, every time you look at me, you will remember. You will remember what it means to remain silent in the face of evil."

"Just like my grandparents and the grandparents of millions of Jews, from now on, my team and I will wear the yellow badge on our clothes. We will proudly and powerfully carry the yellow badge until the Council wakes up and condemns the horrors of Hamas. We will wear the yellow badge as a reminder that we swore to fight to defend ourselves, NEVER AGAIN, is now!"

"If Hitler had a Twitter account, it would look like Khamenei's"

During the debate, the ambassador equated the spiritual leader of Iran, Khamenei, to the Nazi Chancellor: "The Ayatollah's regime is the Nazi regime of our time, with Khamenei as its supreme leader, and their army includes Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, the Houthis, the Revolutionary Guards, and other terrorist organizations. If Hitler had a Twitter account, it would look exactly like Khamenei's Twitter account."

According to him, "If this Council had convened in June 1944, it would have been discussing the amount of fuel the Nazis have and the high number of casualties that Germany has facing Britain. You would be calling for a ceasefire even before the Russians took Stalingrad."

In conclusion, the ambassador said, "Israel is strong; you cannot break us, and we're not going anywhere. Many have tried to destroy us, but we are here to stay. Israel will win, crush Hamas, and bring back the captives."
