Israeli sources speaking to Channel 13 News said that after the cabinet approves a ceasefire deal tonight (Tuesday), Israel will then update the United States, and the ceasefire will enter into force tomorrow.
Finance Minister Betzalel Smotrich laid out a number of conditions for an affirmative vote on the deal, and Agricultural Minister Avi Dichter said that he would not vote for a deal that was a "copy-paste" of UN Resolution 1701.
Still, veteran commentator and reporter Amit Segal believes that the deal will pass by a large and even crushing majority.
