Multiple projectiles were fired from Lebanon into Israeli territory on Tuesday afternoon, triggering alert sirens across northern communities. The IDF reported around ten separate launches in two waves.
The first barrage occurred between 4:28-4:41 PM, targeting the Upper and Western Galilee regions. Several impacts were recorded after some missiles evaded interception.
Minutes later, at approximately 4:44 PM, a second wave of around five projectiles crossed into Israeli airspace. The Israeli Air Force successfully intercepted these launches over the Gulf region.
The IDF confirmed multiple interceptions and said it was monitoring the situation. No immediate reports of casualties were reported.
