Hezbollah is not done with Israel yet

There is heavy concern in Israel about Hezbollah's next move

Despite the announcements from senior officials in Israel that Hezbollah has been defeated - according to a report on Kan 11, Israel is prepared for Hezbollah to continue firing "attrition fire" for several more months.

After we reported in recent days that the negotiations with Hezbollah are progressing and that they are capitulating, the assessment is that the terrorist organization can continue the daily "attrition fire" for a few more months, it was reported this evening (Thursday) on Kan 11.

Roy Kays addressed the issue and said, "Despite the optimistic messages coming from Israel regarding the arrangement in the north, on the Lebanese side, things look different. Both Hezbollah, its Shiite partner Nabih Berri, and the government in Beirut are aligned on how this arrangement should look. A complete ceasefire and full implementation of UN Resolution 1701, without any annexes being agreed upon between the US or Israel in the form of Israel's freedom of action after the ceasefire."

Hezbollah's stubbornness could be linked to what we have seen in recent weeks. More synchronized launches by the organization and less chaotic ones like those we saw after the assassination of Nasrallah and his command center, which left the organization in shock.

He further added: "It is important to emphasize that this is not close to Hezbollah's original plans, which included thousands of rockets for the north and south without interruption. However, he is still managing to produce a more synchronized routine of fire, and the assessment in Israel is that he can continue in this manner for a few more months."
