Former Major General Giora Eiland made an explosive accusation against the American administration yesterday (Tuesday), saying that the man responsible for preventing the release of the hostages and many of their subsequent deaths is outgoing President Biden.

Eiland, author of the controversial Eiland Plan which argues for expelling the entire civilian population of Gaza City to force Hamas into a deal, said that it was Biden's insistence on flooding the Strip with humanitarian aid without conditions after the first hostage deal which sealed the fate of the hostages.
