Staff Sgt. Aviv Gilboa (21) from Neve Tzuf fell in Gaza

Staff Sgt. Aviv Gilboa was a 21 year old IDF soldier, who fell in Gaza today (Tuesday). May his memory be a blessing.

IDF soldier Sgt. Aviv Gilboa (21) was killed in battle in Gaza today.

The Head of the Binyamin Regional Council, Israel Gantz, said: "We continue to pay an unbearably heavy price. Aviv is a son of the Gilboa family, which settled in Neve Tzuf after being evacuated from the settlement of 'Amona.' We all bow our heads and salute Aviv who fell heroically in battle, and we hug the parents and his beloved siblings and the Neve Tzuf community."

Aviv is survived by his parents Maoz and Nechama, and 5 brothers and sisters: Barak (25), Shahar (23), his twin sister Tal (21), Shir (18) and Shaked (14).

He will be buried tonight at the Har Herzl military cemetery.
