Ahmad Bahshish Ardistani, a member of the security committee of the Shura Council in the Iranian parliament, claims that there is a distinct possibility that the crash of Iran President Ebrahim Raisi's helicopter was caused by a beeper explosion.

A member of the security committee noted that Iran President Raisi also used the same beeper that was in the possession of the Hezbollah terrorist organization – so the possibility that the helicopter crash was the result of the beeper explosion is realistic.

The findings of the recently published investigation indicate that the causes of Raisi's helicopter accident are weather conditions and the inability to cope with the excess weight on board, Iran's Fars News Agency reported.

According to the report, two main factors led to the accident: the flight delay, caused by the president's tight schedule, created more difficult weather conditions, and the helicopter's high weight exceeded the permitted according to protocols. It also emerged that the helicopter was carrying two passengers beyond the permitted amount, which made it difficult for the pilot to control the aircraft.
