During a counterterrorism operation in the Tulkarm area, IDF soldiers engaged and eliminated two armed terrorists in an exchange of fire. An M-16 rifle was found near the terrorists' bodies.

In a chilling discovery, soldiers also located an explosive device hidden inside a baby stroller. As part of the operation, the IDF demolished an explosives laboratory, along with several improvised explosive devices and materials used for creating explosives.

On Tuesday, an IDF aircraft targeted and struck a terrorist cell shortly after they were spotted hurling explosives and firing at security forces in the Tulkarm region. In a broader sweep, security forces apprehended 14 suspects in Judea and Samaria overnight. Six of these suspects were captured in Al-Khader, Tekoa, and Beit Sahour, where an Airsoft rifle was also seized.

In the Samaria region, two more wanted individuals were arrested, and additional materials for creating explosives were confiscated. In Hebron and Idna, six further suspects were apprehended.

President Isaac Herzog condemned the terrorists' actions, particularly the use of a baby stroller to conceal explosives: "A bomb in a baby’s stroller! This photo, taken by the IDF in Tulkarm, shows just one of the sick and cynical ways Palestinian terrorists abuse civilians and human life."
