Israel Agreed to a Ceasefire? Netanyahu: "The Report Is False"

According to News 13, Israel agreed to a ceasefire in the fighting to allow for the vaccination of Gazans. The Prime Minister's Office denies this report, stating: "It only involves the allocation of specific locations within the Gaza Strip."

Following News 13's report this evening (Wednesday) that Israel had agreed to a ceasefire to enable vaccinations in Gaza, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has denied the report.

"The News 13 report about Israel agreeing to ceasefires in Gaza is false. It is not a ceasefire for administering polio vaccines but only the allocation of specific places in the strip. Additionally, this was presented to the security cabinet and received support from the professional authorities," a statement said.

Earlier today, the World Food Programme (WFP) announced it would suspend its operations in Gaza after a supply truck was hit by at least 10 bullets from the IDF at a checkpoint in the strip.
