Earlier, it was reported that an Arab terrorist attacked a Jewish individual with a hammer near the settlement of Kadumim in Samaria. Large IDF forces are attempting to locate the terrorist, who has since fled the scene.

Shira Popkin, a paramedic from United Hatzalah who was the first to arrive at the scene, reported: "The victim, approximately 40 years old, suffered severe injuries and trauma to his head. I provided initial medical assistance in the factory yard with the help of a military doctor, who then evacuated him from the scene in an IDF armoured vehicle to an IDF intensive care unit, which transported him to the hospital. At that stage, his condition was defined as serious."
