According to a political source speaking to the press today (Wednesday), the hostage negotiation team will be heading to Cairo next week instead of tomorrow in order to allow time for Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Biden to further develop the effort to secure a hostage deal.
The source said: "One of the goals of Prime Minister Netanyahu in meeting with President is advancing the outline of the agreement for freeing the hostages. In their meeting, the two leaders will discuss the deal and how to advance it. And therefore, the Israeli delegation will head out for talks after the leaders meet."
According to the source, "the negotiation team is continuing the talks with the mediators without a stop."
