According to the report, the IDF has begun monitoring fertilizers and chemicals used for agriculture and industry imported into Palestinian Authority territories, as the army and Shin Bet have uncovered increased use of chemicals for agriculture by Islamic Jihad terrorists in the north.
Additionally, according to information gathered by Shin Bet, the knowledge is transferred through Iran to operatives in Judea and Samaria via internet correspondence and through online guidance sites. Last week, IDF, Border Police, Civil Administration, and Shin Bet forces conducted a wide-ranging first operation during which they seized over 150 sacks of materials for preparing charges throughout the Central Command.
