Today marks the launch of 'Remember', a groundbreaking project aimed at jolting world leaders and citizens into action. Using cutting-edge AI technology, this initiative brings the harrowing stories of Gaza envelope communities and hostages to life, nine months after the devastating Hamas attack.

"We're at a critical juncture - it's literally life or death," says Ofer Rosenbaum, the project's creator. "With negotiations for a hostage deal back on the table, we need to show the world what's really at stake."

The project features AI-generated testimonies from survivors, including 8-year-old Ella Elikim and 12-year-old Eitan Yahalomi. Their accounts are chilling. Ella recalls, "When they put me in that house, I saw guns and just broke down crying. I thought they were going to kill us." Eitan's experience is equally disturbing: "The terrorists made me watch horrific videos from October 7th - stuff no one should ever see. If any of us kids cried, they'd point a gun and scream at us to shut up."

These stories aren't just for shock value. The team behind 'Remember' hopes they'll pressure negotiators to push harder for a deal. "Every world leader, including those here in Israel, needs to understand what failure means," Rosenbaum emphasizes.

The project will release new videos regularly, each one giving voice to those still held captive. All content will be archived on a dedicated website, ensuring these stories aren't forgotten.

Rosenbaum and his team are deeply grateful to the survivors who've shared their experiences, despite the personal toll. "They're doing this to bring home those left behind," he says.

As we hit the nine-month mark since that tragic Simchat Torah, 'Remember' is a call to action for everyone - from world leaders to everyday citizens - to keep pushing for the hostages' release.
