Hostage release, Gaza ceasefire, Hamas-Israel deal

"It is forbidden to return abductees in exchange of ending the war"

The ministers and MKs in the current coalition firmly say that they are opposed to a deal with Hamas that would lead to a cessation of hostilities.

Minister Orit Struck was interviewed tonight (Sunday) here by Network B about the negotiations for the return of abductees and there she claimed: "The lines presented by the Prime Minister are less than the minimum threshold. Leaving Philadelphia is beyond lawlessness, we must not put up with the return of abductees in exchange for a complete cessation of the war." .

She added: "I voted in favour of the first deal that included the release of terrorists because it is not against the goals of the war."

Knesset member Zvi Sukot also voiced similar messages and said: "We have red lines. With all our achievements within this government, they are not worth saving Hamas, and when we threaten, we carry out. We think there can be a deal that will not save Hamas and still return the abductees home."

"We need to bring a deal where both the kidnapped are returned and the war is won. We want to return all of them, we also supported the previous deal even though they did not return all of them. We think there is a war that is not justified like it, we want to bring everyone back and win it. We are committed to this."

It Should Be Said Loud and Clear.... Gilad Shalit's release cost us the life of at least 1200 on Oct 7, plus plus It is very painful to tell this to any family who's members are hostage now But it is a fact that these hostages are the fruit of Gilad Shalit's release deal
