Due to the multiple leaks from classified government meetings regarding the Hezbollah front and the negatiations over a possible hostage deal, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant appealed to Prime Minister Netanyahu today (Tuesday) and asked him to open an ISA investigation, according to Channel 12 reporter Yaron Avraham.

According to the report, Gallant noted to MKs on the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee that "Hamas has no significant intelligence sources and every leak from closed discussions serves Hamas."

At that same meeting, Gallant informed the committee that "military pressure was and remains the main and most significant element in ensuring the return of the hostages. The advanced stage we have reached in dismantling Hamas and the information that we have gained from terrorists, empower us at the negotiation table and enable us to make difficult decisions. I am committed to returning all the hostages to their homes."
